Turning Point

So, I have decided to lower my hours at work in order to be able to dedicate more time to my craft. It is so scary, but I have to let go of one thing to be able to grab the next. I'll still be able to cover the essentials, but my shopping budget will definitely suffer. Goodbye shopping sprees. Farewell new shoes and bags. Someday we shall meet again.
I printed a few of my notebooks and they are selling. I also have been asked for 5 custom orders. This is where I need some advice. When doing a custom order, is there some sort of contract that is signed before beginning the design work or is it, I hope this works kind of thing?
Oh, almost forgot, I got my tax id number and am going to city hall tomorrow to start making this official. I am sooooo excited and eager to embark on this wonderful journey called LIFE.
Thank you Lord for your faithfulness.

Hi there! Hey, thanks for stopping by my blog and saying Hello. Best of luck on your new venture. I was reading your profile and had to laugh a little about the part of "shameless hoarder of crafty things." I can completely relate. If the world ever comes to an end, No I haven't got 10 years of food storage, but I'll bet I have 10 years of stuff to craft with! lol
